WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do NOT choose express shipping on pre-order or back-ordered items with the expectation of the game shipping sooner than the date listed above. You will not be refunded and your order will ship via express shipping when all items are available. If there are any items that you wish to ship immediately, please order them separately from any pre-order or back-ordered items. Items ordered together will ship together when all items are available.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
All sales are final. However, we will process returns and/or exchanges for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange on damaged items, please email trapspellingbee@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to notify us of the damage. Once we have received your damaged item in the mail, we will ship out a replacement. If the item is not in stock, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
